Probate of Walter Thomas Carter, printed on 29 June, 1917 WALTER THOMAS CARTER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35 intituled 'An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees.' NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims or demands against the estate of Walter Thomas Carter, late of 'Chulsa' Crystal Palace Park-road, Sydenham, in the county of London, and of 130, Fenchurch-street, in the city of London, deceased (who died on the 12th day of April, 1917, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry, on the 13th day of June, 1917, by Alice Edith Blanch Carter, the Widow of the deceased, and Charles William Parkhouse, two of the executors therein named), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 31st day of August, 1917, at the undermentioned address, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Walter Thomas Carter, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and the said executors will not be liable for the assets of the said Walter Thomas Carter, deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. - Dated this 28th day of June 1917.
